A BILL supplementing, amending and transferring between items of
the existing appropriation to the department of commerce,
labor and environmental resources, division of natural
resources, "former" account no. 8300, "WVFIMS" account no.
fund 3200, fiscal year 1994, organization 0308, as
appropriated by chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first
extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation to "former"
account no. 8300, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 3200, fiscal year
1994, organization 0308, chapter one, acts of the Legislature,
first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-three, known as the budget bill, be supplemented, amended
and transferred thereafter to read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend and transfer certain moneys between line items
of the existing appropriation for the designated spending unit.
The amounts as itemized for expenditure during the fiscal year
1993-1994 shall be made available for expenditure upon passage of
this bill.
